How long does it take you to make my website?
Depending on the size of the website this can be a short as three days for a simple website to several weeks for a big company website.
What is the price of a website?
Since every website is a unique product, it wouldn't be serious to have a price list. The price depends on the size of the site, the amount of graphic work, the amount of copy writing, to name a few items.
We will make you a fixed price after we know the scope of your website project.
Can I register a domain name at SiriuS?
No, we don't offer domain registration. We'll be glad to help you to get your domain name registered though!
What is web hosting?
Web hosting is: putting your website online and make it available to the public. We offer flexible hosting solutions.
What is website maintenance?
Website maintenance is making changes to content of the site, keeping the site up to date. A successful website is updated frequently.
I already have a logo. Can I use it for my website?
Absolutely! We can use your existing logo and company style so your website fits your company identity.

Glossary
(X)HTML
(eXtended) Hypertext Markup Language. The main language which is used to code websites.
CSS
Cascading Style Sheets. Style sheets are used to define the 'look' or presentation of the website. Using style sheets separates the presentation from the content of a website. This makes the structure of the website more clear, decreases loading times and allows for fast changes in the presentation of the site.
PHP
Hypertext Preprocessor (originally Personal Home Page). PHP is a scripting language. It is used to perform functions on the website based upon the user input. It runs on the web server. An example is the login procedure on the SiriuS website. PHP is used to check the client id and direct you to the right part of this website.
MySQL
My Structured Query Language, an open source database language. It is the most common database system on the www. We use it for all website database applications.
Javascript
Javascript is a scripting language which runs on your computer. Like PHP (and other server side scripting languages) it performs functions based upon user input. On this site we use Javascript for instance to open the small windows for login and poll.
RSS
Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary - A format to deliver changing content to users. Many sites, this one as well, offer an RSS newsfeed. Modern browsers recognize newsfeeds and offer you the possibility to add the feed to your list of news feeds. Every time new content is published on the site the headline with a link to the article will automatically be added to your newsreader application.
